BUYER IDENTITY POLICY: The actual transferee (person who will be retrieving the firearm from the receiving FFL) must be the purchaser. All billing information, including buyer’s name and BILLING address should line up accurately as well. We are unable to make changes, and should we suspect a fraudulent purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order. This includes both firearm and non-firearm products.
STOCK PRODUCT IMAGES: Manufacturer provided stock product images and descriptions may be used for factory new items. – Please verify product specifications prior to submitting an order. Often it is best to contact the manufacturer or reference the manufacturer's website.
RESTRICTIVE STATE & LOCAL LAWS: It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm an item is legal for them to purchase and possess PRIOR to purchasing/bidding. A 10% Cancellation Fee will apply should an order be cancelled due to local legal restrictions. A 25% restocking/processing fee will be charged should an item be returned due to local legal restrictions (Including failed background checks). All additional shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURE:
1. PAYMENT
We accept payment via:
GunTab (preferred – secure and firearms-compliant)
USPS Money Orders.
NO personal checks or PayPal.
Payment is due within 5 business days of purchase.
Orders not paid within the window may be canceled and relisted.
If using GunTab, buyer is responsible for credit card processing fees (up to 3%). GunTab does not charge for ACH transfers.
*Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the ship to address (applies only in the state of Texas.)
2. SELECT FFL DEALER
Buyer must have selected dealer email a signed, legible copy of their FFL to sales@RTBArmsLLC.com. All FFLs should be sent the purchaser's name referenced for order identification. Firearm will not ship until FFL is received and verified.
Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail only to the contiguous United States.
Shipping fee: $35.00 (includes insurance and tracking).
Firearms typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment and FFL receipt.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or non-FFL addresses.
State & Local Restrictions
Buyer is responsible for knowing their local/state laws.
We do not ship to the following (unless specifically arranged in advance): California, Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington
We will not modify firearms or magazines to comply with local laws.
Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final unless item is misrepresented in the listing.
No returns on firearms or serialized parts once transferred. Purchaser should inspect thoroughly prior to taking possession. Once purchaser has taken possession, a firearm is not eligible for return. For factory new items, purchaser must contact the manufacturer concerning missing, defective or blemished components.
